Other policies & information:
- Security/damage/cleaning deposit will be forfeited for smoking inside
Villa Joya or Villa Ocean Reef.
- Bank drafts need to be received 40 days prior to arrival
- Guests not having a US mailing address will need to submit payment of
the security deposit via American Express or PayPal ~ use of PayPal for
payment does not require that you be a member~ they handle all major credit
cards for me except American Express.
- Groups larger than stated maximum sleeping accommodations without prior
approval and payment will be turned away with no refund.
- Pets must be approved prior to arrival and there will be an additional
amount required for the security deposit.
